2005 was a year of transition as Poppies Corp turned the research and investigation of the preceding 18 months into profitable construction projects in the Phoenix area.

We successfully completed two condominium conversion projects in Long Beach, California and as the signs of a slowing and overpriced market in Southern California became apparent, our own investment funds and those of our investor partners were moved into an extremely hot Arizona market.

For Poppies Corp, 2005 ended with four projects underway totaling over 60 home sites and new escrows opened for raw land purchases that can be mapped for over 400 homes (feasibility studies underway).
